Meditation Workshop
Meditation changed my life. I started a long time ago with some simple instructions, I practiced intensively, and never stopped. On the way I got a lot more energy for my life, became well-organised, clear, positive and intuitive, spirituality and self-healing opened their doors and revealed their gems.
Meditation is self-awareness, and therefore does not belong to any group or religion. I also believe that meditation-practice should adapt to our personality and life-style (and not the other way around 🙂 )
In this workshop we will deepen the understanding of the mind, we will try several meditation-techniques, there will be some breaks for Q&A and sharing, and we will have a final and deeper meditation.
Subjects covered :
- Knowing the mind, its weaknesses and strenghts.
- Why and how being aware of the content of the mind.
- How to calm the flow of thoughts.
- How and why using positive thinking.
- How to use a Mantra.
- How to use creative visualisation.
- How to stop thinking and stay in full consciousness
- What is inner silence and what is beyond inner silence.
For those interested into healing, it is essential to understand that self-awareness is the active part of any healing process. When an old limitative pattern is identified with healing work, we need consciousness to recognize it when it manifest again in our daily life, and change it or transform it.
I recently offered a TEDx talk about meditation (in France and in french), I will insert a link here when english subtitles will be ready.
The benefits of meditation for body-mind-emotions are now widely covered by science, some links here :
